1sheetstore-bought puff pastrythawed
2-3medium sizedPalisade peachessliced into 1/2" wedges
1Tbspunsalted buttermelted
2Tbspbrown sugar
1eggbeaten
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Un-fold the puff pastry onto a piece of parchment paper and using a rolling pin, gently roll out until there are no longer creases from the folds.
Wash & cut the peaches along the “equator” remove the pit, and slice each into 1/2” wedges. Place each wedge in the center of the puff pastry creating a circle pattern.
Drizzle the melted butter over the peaches, and sprinkle over the brown sugar.
Fold each dough side in, covering the peaches slightly. This doesn’t have to be perfect, the more rustic the better!
In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Brush the outside pastry edges with the egg wash. Add more brown sugar to the crust if you’d like more crunch.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust becomes a golden brown color and the peaches are beginning to wrinkle. Enjoy warm or at room temp!
