Ingredients
1Tbspolive or avocado oil
1/2lbground beef
1tsp salt
1/2tsppepper
1/2yellow or whiteoniondiced
2/3cupdill picklesdiced
2Tbspmayo
2/3cupthousand island dressing
1/2cupcheddar cheeseshredded
Instructions
In a medium/large skillet, add in a drizzle of oil and cook the group beef over medium heat. Season with salt & pepper. Cook until no longer pink and the meat begins to get crispy and brown, about 5-8 minutes. Drain the fat and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the onions until they start to become translucent, about 3-5 minutes. Add in the diced pickles, hamburger, mayo, thousand island, and mix until combined.
Top with shredded cheese and broil in the oven until the cheese melts about 3-4 minutes.
