1 food processor or blender
Ingredients
1 - 15.5ozcan of garbanzo beansdrained & rinsed
3garlic cloves
1/4cuplemon juice
1/3cupolive oil
1tspsmoked paprika
1tspsalt
1/3cup tahini
1/2cupjarred roasted red peppers
Instructions
In a food processor or blender add the garbanzo beans, garlic, and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth, and make sure to scrape the sides down. Add in the olive oil, paprika, salt, tahini, roasted red peppers, and blend again until smooth.
Drizzle in extra olive oil if needed to smooth out the hummus to your liking. Serve with veggies, pretzels, or pita!
