Ingredients
1 -14.5oz candiced tomatoes & green chilies drained
1 -28oz canwhole tomatoes
1/2cupcilantro chopped
1/8cupred oniondiced
1clovegarlicminced
1/2jalapenodiced with seeds removed
1/8tspground cumin
1/2tspsalt
1/8tspwhite sugar
1/2limejuiced
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until the salsa is to the consistency you like. Test the salsa and adjust with salt, lime juice, salt, or cumin.
Pour salsa into mason jar storage container and place in fridge for about 1-2 hours until cool.
