Ingredients
  

  • 1 – 14.5oz can diced tomatoes & green chilies drained
  • 1 – 28oz can whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/8 cup red onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno diced with seeds removed
  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white sugar
  • 1/2 lime juiced

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until the salsa is to the consistency you like. Test the salsa and adjust with salt, lime juice, salt, or cumin.
  2. Pour salsa into mason jar storage container and place in fridge for about 1-2 hours until cool.
