These Trader Joe’s Chicken Tikka Masala Bowls are packed with flavor, and come together with just 3 simple TJ’s ingredients.

Ingredients Needed

How to Make Trader Joe’s Chicken Tikka Masala Bowls

  1. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Grill 3-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat heat the tikka masala sauce.
  3. In a bowl, add the rice, chicken, and top with the tikka masala sauce. Sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro!

Ingredients
  

For the Rice
  • 2 servings white rice or TJ's microwave Jasmine rice
  • 1/2 pound chicken breast
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 package Trader Joe's Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breast with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Grill 3-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165℉ and no longer pink.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat heat the tikka masala sauce.
  3. In a bowl, add the rice, chicken, and top with the tikka masala sauce. Sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro!
