Ingredients
1tspolive oil
1small carrotsliced
1celery stalksliced
1½cupsvegetable or chicken broth
1/4tspchicken bouillon
1/2tspblack pepper
2piecesbok choy white & green partssliced
5-7piecesTrader Joe’s pork gyoza
1Tbspsoy sauce
Salt to taste
1green onionsliced
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add in the olive oil. Add the carrots & celery cooking for 2 minutes. Add in the broth, chicken bullion, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Add in the bok choy and gyoza, cook for 2-3 minutes until the gyoza have warmed through and are soft. Add in the soy sauce and any additional salt or pepper to taste.
