1cupwarm water105-107°F
1/3cupavocado oil
2Tbsphoney
1mediumegg
1Tbspdry active yeast1 & 1/2 Tbsp for sea-level
1Tbspsalt
3¾cupbread flour (450 grams)

Instructions
In a stand mixer add the water, yeast, honey, avocado oil and whisk together. Allow the yeast to bloom and become foamy, this should take 3-5 minutes.
Add in the flour, salt, egg and using the dough hook, knead for 5 minutes, until the dough no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl. If it is still sticks, add 1 Tbsp of additional flour at a time.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Flatten a little, bring each side into the center and place on the counter, rolling into a ball. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet about 2 inches from one another. Gently press on each ball, flattening slightly.
Cover, and set in a warm area of your kitchen for 25-30 minutes or until they have become fluffy and increased in size.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Brush with egg wash, and bake 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
