These Stuffed Dates with Peanut Butter & Chocolate are a healthy no-bake treat made with natural ingredients and zero refined sugar.

Ingredients
10Medjool datespitted
1/4cupnatural creamy peanut butter
1/3cupdark chocolatechips or bar
flaky sea saltfor topping
Instructions
Remove the pit in the date, either by ripping the date open like a hot dog bun, or use a knife to make a small slit to remove.
Add ½ teaspoon – 1 teaspoon of peanut butter to the dates and set on a plate. Chill the filled dates in the freezer until solid, about 30 min - 1 hour.
While the dates are in the freezer, melt the chocolate. Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and microwave on increments of 15 seconds, stirring after each increment, until fully melted.
Line a plate or sheet pan with parchment paper. Coat each date with the melted chocolate using a fork and place on the parchment lined sheet. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while the chocolate is still wet, if desired.
Place the dates back in the freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set!
Notes
If you'd like to use Deglet Noor dates, you can, they will just be a bit smaller in size and will use less peanut butter + chocolate.
