Ingredients
2cupsalmonds
2 1/2tspbrown sugar
1tspsalt
1tbspbuttermelted
1/2tspcayenne pepper
1tspfresh rosemary
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. On a baking sheet, roast the almonds for about 10-15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes until golden in color.
In a medium sized bowl combine the brown sugar, salt, melted butter, cayenne pepper, and rosemary. It should form almost a paste when it is fully combined.
While the almonds are still warm, pour them into the bowl with the remaining ingredients. Toss everything together until the almonds are coated evenly. This should take a few minutes, everything will stick as the almonds start to cool.
