1cup peanut butter
1cupwhite sugar
1egg
4ozchocolatemelted
6dark chocolate wafers
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
In a medium bowl mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until combined. Shape into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes on a wire rack.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl on 20 second intervals until almost fully melted. Stir until there are no more lumps and carefully pour into a piping bag.
Add a chocolate disc or chocolate chunk/kiss to the middle of the cookie, and press on 2 eyes above the chocolate chunk. Carefully pipe on the legs using the piping bag chocolate. Allow the chocolate to harden for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy!
