A month to remember, October also marks 1 year living in this beautiful state. Can’t wait to see what November brings! 🫶🏻

During my weight loss journey, I made sacrifices,

During my weight loss journey, I made sacrifices, but to be 100% real with you it was a requirement to reach my goals. ✅

Sometimes in life you have to give up something to get something better in return, but that’s just life. It all depends on if you have the discipline to do it.

Here are a few of the sacrifices to reach my 30lb weight loss goal:

• dessert really wasn’t on the menu, cookies, brownies, donuts, ice cream, I didn’t eat them. If I craved something sweet, l’d have dark chocolate or a chocolate plotein shake.

• alcohol was limited, 1 drink a week max

• I focused on protein intake + less fatty foods, get your macros figured out with a calculator and stick to them!

• i didn’t eat whatever I wanted, rather l used @myfitnesspal + LOVED IT. A lot of people crap on this app, but tracking what you’re eating vs burning is the equation to weight loss.

• deep fried foods, they did not exist in my diet

• I didn’t buy any junk food that I knew I would overeat, for example chips, candy, or sugary snacks

Can’t believe we have been here 2 months now, time flies when you’re having fun 😉
This last week/weekend consisted of the @coorsbrewerytour visiting @sanitasbrewing and having an awesome brunch at @abejasgolden

We also celebrated 1 year of love & a happy holiday 🧡 !!

You seriously only need a set of dumbbells for a killer workout. Make sure to grab a pair that are challenging for you but not so much your form is going haywire. ENJOY! Tag me if you complete this one!

Step 1: write a plan/monthly goals (make them attainable)
Step 2: envision your outcome/goal and it is June 2024, how do you feel?
Step 3: get that booty to work because the results aren’t going to come from envisioning!
