Sometimes I wake up and think OMG I have to figure out what to eat every single day for the rest of my life?!
But then I remember food and cooking is power. I can afford beautiful produce and protein to fuel my body each day. I have the ability to cook for myself and my fiance, I have the time to make things from scratch. How joyful.
