I created The Hungry Cooke in 2021 as a space for people who want to eat well, feel strong, and enjoy food — all at the same time. I share the meals I actually cook at home: protein-packed dinners, veggie-forward sides, and the breads and desserts that make life feel full and satisfying.
I believe home cooking is one of the most powerful (and underrated) ways to take care of yourself. This isn’t about perfection or restriction.
It’s about real ingredients, real kitchens, and food that fits into real life.
I care about nutrition — especially protein and vegetables — because I value feeling energized, capable, and strong. BUT I also believe there’s room for butter, baking, and slow weekends spent making something delicious just because you want to!
