I am a foodie to my core, along with a personal passion of promoting health + wellness to others. You’ll find recipes on the blog that I personally enjoy that strike the perfect balance between flavor and nutrition.
My favorite thing is making healthy food that tastes amazing! Vibrant salads with fresh produce to protein packed soups is what you’ll find in my recipe collection. All are crafted with care + designed to fuel your body and delight your palate.
I’m a firm believer in the importance of staying active and prioritizing physical well-being. In 2022 I completed my first half marathon and 75 Hard. During that time of perseverance and discipline, I really adopted the mindset to “Stay Hungry” in life.
